Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred delivery method. Free shipping promos may apply during special events.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Which items are non-returnable?

  • Underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at 📧 hello@casacarinointimates.com with photos, and we’ll sort it out.

How do I know my size?

The color looks different than online — why?
We do our best to display products accurately, but please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
