Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and delivery method.

  • Please note: Casa Cariño is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective?

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it out.
